1 pkg. tortillas
1 bag of cheddar cheese
2 T. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 T. butter in a skillet over medium heat. Fill a tortilla with cheddar cheese, leaving only about 1/4" around the edge. Fold the tortilla and place in the skillet. Wait until underneath is golden brown and flip. Wait until golden brown and place on a plate. Cut into 3-4 quesadillas. Repeat steps as necessary.
