6 hard boiled eggs
3 T. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut eggs in half length-wise. Slip out egg yolks and mash with a fork. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Fill the whites with the mixture. Chill. Sprinkle paprika on top if so desired.
