2 lb. sausage
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 T. ketchup
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 t. garlic saalt
1 (12 oz.) jar pizza sauce
2 loaves party rye bread
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in large, unsalted skillet. Drain well. Return to skillet and add cheese and ketchup. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted. Add spices and mix thoroughly. Spread pizza sauce on each slice of party rye. Top with sausage mixture and grated parmesan. Bake at 425º for 10 minutes or until bubbly.
Before baking, you may freeze the mini-pizzas on baking sheets and then put them in freezer bags for future use.
