2 8 oz packages of macaroni
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 lbs grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter
2 cups chopped green pepper
2 cups chopped onions
16 oz can sliced water chestnuts
8 oz jar chopped pimentos
8 oz can mushrooms

Cook and drain macaroni. Stir soup and most of cheese in with macaroni. Sauté onions and peppers in butter. Add with remaining ingredients to macaroni mixture. Place in large casserole ... sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes (uncovered) or until bubbly.
