1 egg, beaten
1 c. applesauce
2 T. melted Crisco
2 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg, applesauce, and melted Crisco. Sift dry ingredients and add to first mixture, then add nuts. Bake in loaf pan at 325 for 35 minutes.
