1 pkg. Pillsbury Nutbread mix
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained and cut in half
3/4 c. miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. water
2 tsp. almond extract
1/4 c. water, 1 T. oil, 1 egg, blended

Glaze
1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tsp. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Spray bottom of 8x4 loaf pan with Pam, or grease and flour.
Combine all ingredients. Stir by hand until moistened. Bake at 350º for about 65-80 minutes. Test with toothpick. Cool 15 minutes, and remove from pan. Cool completely.
For glaze, melt chocolate chips and oil in small saucepan, and stir until smooth. Drizzle over bread.
Refrigerate well wrapped for 24 hours before cutting.
