1&1/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together cooking oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix into the dry ingredients the apples, nuts, and raisins.
Fold fruit and dry ingredients into the creamed mixture. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350º.
