Ingredients:  
4 c chopped apples
2 c white sugar
Mix and let stand one hour

1 c salad oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Beat these together. Stir oil and eggs into the apples.

3 c flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
Stir into apples and salad oil.

Mix in:
1/2 c nuts
1 c raisins

Directions:

Bake at 350 degrees until done, approx. 40-45 minutes.
