5-6 medium potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick of butter
1 c sour cream
3 tbsp chopped green onions
1 c grated cheese
2 tbsp melted butter
3 handful crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes with skin, cool, peel and grate. Combine soup and butter, heat until butter melts. Combine with sour cream and potatoes. Place in 10 inch ceramic dish, top with cheese and corn flakes. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
