1 12 oz package of rotini 1 large bell pepper 1 medium onion, chopped 3 c fresh, chopped broccoli 1 can drained garbanza beans 2 or 3 cups chopped cauliflower 2 medium tomatoes, diced 1 package imitation crab meat 1 to 2 cups mayonnaise Lawrys red pepper seasoning
Prepare rotini as directed on package; drain and rinse with cool water. Put into a large bowl; add all above ingredients; mix well. Cut crab meat into bite sized pieces. Add 1 to 2 cups mayo. Season with Lawrys red pepper seasoning, salt to taste. Mix all ingredients together and blend well. Put in desired container and refrigerate until ready to use.
