1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
3 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed minestrone soup
1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) can Rotell tomatoes
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can chili beans
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans water
1 can green beans

Directions:
Directions:
Heat skillet on medium heat. Add ground beef and onion. Use a spatula to break up the ground beef into crumbled pieces. Cook until the meat is completely browned. Remove from heat. Drain by pouring into a collander or onto a paper towel. Return meat and onion mixture to the skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Mix together. Heat until simmering (slow, gentle boil). Simmer for 10 minutes uncovered. Serves 16.
