3/4 c mayonnaise
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 bunches broccoli, chopped
8 strips bacon; cooked and crumbled
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 red onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Chill the dressing for at least 1 hour before serving. In a salad bowl, layer the broccoli, bacon, cheese and onion. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss before serving.
