2/3 cup of brown sugar
1/3 cup of shortening
1 cup of mashed ripe bananas
4 Tsp of sour cream
2 cups of flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 cup of nuts (broken)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Combined the shortening, sugar, bananas and sour cream, mix until well blended. Sift all of the dry ingredients together and add to banana mixture. Add the nuts and let rest for 15 - 20 minutes. Pour into large loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
