3 c cooked and chopped chicken
1 large onion, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 cup grated cheese
12 flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet cook onions and peppers until tender. Stir in chicken, set aside. In a large bowl mix soup and Rotel together; mix well, set aside.

Grease an oblong baking dish. Place 2 teaspoons of chicken mixture on a tortilla and roll up and place in baking dish. Continue until all is used. Pour soup mixture over rolled tortillas, cover with grated cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 350 until cheese is bubbly.
