4 eggs separated 2 tbsp sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1 1/3 cup mashed bananas 2 tsp vanilla 3 cups milk 1 cup of half and half 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/4 cup light rum
Beat egg yolks, sugar, and salt in a large bowl until light. Beat in bananas, vanilla, half and half, and nutmeg. Stir in rum, Beat egg whites until peaks form. Add 1/3 cup sugar beat till stiff, fold in egg whites. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serves: 12 Prep: 20 min.
