1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 large jar dried beef, chopped fine
2 T onion, minced
1 beef bouillon cube
hot water-enough to dissolve bouillon
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, (set aside 1/2 C dried beef for rolling cheese ball). Mold into a ball and roll in finely chopped dried beef.
