1 c. dried Pinto Beans
4 Medium Red Onions, minced
8 lb. Pork Loin, freshly ground in food processor
1/4 c. Olive Oil
1 1/2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 can (7 oz.) whole Green Chilies, minced
1 can (15 oz.) Tomato sauce
1 lb. Whole tomatoes, finely chopped
1 tbsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tbsp. Dry mustard
1 oz. Tequila
1 can of beer
3 oz. Jar Chili powder
2 Beef bouillon cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Cover beans with water and cook until done (tender), drain water, set aside. Brown onions, and pork in oil. Stir in garlic, chilies, cumin, oregano, salt, dry mustard, tomato sauce, tomatoes, tequila, beer, chili powder and bouillon cubes, & cooked Pinto beans. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer 2-3 hours. Stir occasionally. Do not stir the last 30 min before serving. Enjoy!
