1&1/2 c. chopped apples
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. dried cranberries
1 T. packed brown sugar
1/4 t. cinnamon
1 T. butter (melted)
8 oz. Brie cheese, round

Directions:
Directions:
Topping: Combine chopped apples, slivered almonds, dried cranberries, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Toss with melted butter.

Slice Brie laterally (i.e., like a hamburger bun) and place rind side down on an oven-safe dish. Cover this half with 1/2 of the topping mixture. Place the other half of the Brie over the topping, and cover this half with the remainder of the topping.
Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes.

Serve with apple slices, toast rounds, crackers or small raisin bagel toasts.
