1 bag fresh green beans, cut in half
1 yellow onion sliced
1 lb mushrooms sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
2 14oz cans chicken broth
1 1lb 12oz cans whole peeled tomoatoes
handfull of fresh basil
1 lb salmon filet, chunked
1 lb shrim and/or mussels and/or seabass and/or cod
12 tsp suger

-saute onions and mushrooms in large pot
-add everything but fish and beans
-heat to boil
-reduce to simmer for 10 min
-add cut fish and simmer till fish flakes
-microwave beans till still crisp and serve atop soup
