3 Eggs
1/2 t. Salt
1 c. Flour
Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Put eggs, milk, salt and flour in electric blender. Blend at top speed for 30 seconds. Scrape down sides of blender. Batter should be consistency of heavy cream. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Batter will thicken. Brush crepe pan or 6" skillet with oil to cover bottom (I spray Pam). Heat until hot but not smoking. Pour in 3-4 tbsp. batter and tilt pan to evenly coat bottom. Cook over medium heat about 1 minute until top is dry and bottom is lightly brown. Turn Crepe and cook about 20 seconds. Put on plate and repeat stacking crepes with waxed paper between each.
