Ingredients:  
1 - Yellow or White Cake Mix
1 package instant pistachio pudding mix
1 c. sour cream
4 eggs
1/8 c. oil
1/4 c. water

Filling: 1/4 c. sugar, 1 T. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 2 loaf pans. Mix all ingredients except cinnamon and sugar. Pour a layer of batter in each pan. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture on layer. Add another layer and finish with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 about 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Store at room temperature or refrigerate.
