1 c. onion
1/3 c. chopped celery
Pinch of sage, thyme and nutmeg
1 stick margarine or butter
1 T. flour
2 c. corn flakes
1 large can evaporated milk
3 small cans crab
1 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in butter, add spices, evaporated milk and flour. Toast cornflakes in oven and crumble. Mix in with drained crab. Spoon into large greased casserole or 4-6 individual casseroles. Top with crushed Ritz crackers and a pat of butter. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375°. Serve with a wedge of lemon. This recipe comes from Don's Seafood in Shreveport, Louisiana.
