Soak 1 c pearl tapioca overnight. Next morning cook tapioca in 5 c boiling water for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cover for 10 minutes.

Add:
1 (3 oz.) package Jello - any flavor
1/4 c sugar
1- 20 oz. can cruashed pineapple - undrained

Serve with whipped cream is desired.

Suggestion - add Jello and sugar and allow to dissolve before adding pineapple.
