2 10 oz packages frozen broccoli spears
6 chicken breats cooked, boned and coarsely chopped
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 c milk
1 tsp lemon juice
1 c mayo
1/2 tsp curry powder or to taste
1 c shredded sharp american cheese
1 c bread crumbs
2 tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw broccoli and arrange in buttered 11x9 casserole keeping heads towards edge of dish. Arrange chicken on top of broccoli. Combine milk, lemon juice, mayo and soup. Add curry powder. Pour over chicken and broccoli, be sure to cover broccoli heads at edge of dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Mix melted butter and bread crumbs together and sprinkle over top. Bake 40 minutes in a 450 degree oven.
