1 flank steak
1/2 c. bourbon
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 T. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bourbon, mustard, soy sauce and brown sugar for marinade. Pound flank steak with tenderizer mallet. Place marinade in glass casserole dish, add steak and turn to coat thoroughly. Must marinade at least 8 hours or it will be tough. BBQ or cook under broiler until desired doneness. Reserve marinade, put in saucepan and boil vigorously about 5 minutes. Add flour mixed with water, add to thicken. Slice steak across the grain, serve with sauce. Mashed potatoes are a great side dish.
