4 chicken breasts
1 small onion, chopped
Flour tortillas, about 6
1 can Campbell's Mushroom Soup
1 can ROTEL tomatoes
1 small can green chilies (optional)
1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into bite size pieces and saute with onions until browned. Stack tortillas and slice into pieces (about 1 inch). Mix soup, tomatoes, chilies and cheese in large bowl. Add tortillas and browned chicken and onions. Mix together and pour into greased casserole. Top with more cheese if desired. Bake at 350° about 30 minutes until bubbly. Serve with avocado slices, sour cream, guacamole or salsa. 4 servings.
