1 - 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach
1 - 16 oz. container sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 package KNORR Vegetable Soup Mix
1 - 8 oz. can water chestnuts, chopped and drained
3 green onions (scallions) chopped finely (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost spinach in colander and press liquid out. In medium bowl stir sour cream, mayo, soup mix, water chestnuts and onions until well mixed. Add drained spinach. Cover and chill at least 2 hours (or even overnight) to blend flavors. Stir before serving. Can be served in a "Sheepherders" round loaf of bread by hollowing out middle, spooning the dip in and serving the bread chunks for dipping. Can also be served with crackers, cocktail bread or veggies.
