5 lb. brisket, fat trimmed
2 T. celery seed
1 T. garlic salt
1 T. onion salt
1 T. black pepper (coarse)
1 T. Cavender’s seasoning
2 T. liquid smoke
2 T. Worchestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix spices into a paste and smear on meat. Place in a cooking bag and let sit overnight. Bake at 300° for 4 hours. Make sure you cut 4 holes in the cooking bag.
