1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. oatmeal
2 c. flour
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts (optional)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 c. oil
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients; mix well. Add eggs & oil; mix until all ingredients are moistened. Mash into cookie sheet with raised edge. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
