Ingredients:  
1 1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter or margerine softened
3 T. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
powdered sugar (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 cup flour and 1/4 cup sugar; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press mixture onto bottom of 8x8x2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Blend eggs, lemon juice and remaining flour and sugar. Pour over pastry crust. Bake 15 minutes more or until set. Cool slightly; sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. Cool completely; cut into 2x1 inch bars.
