Ingredients:  
1 c sugar
1 1/2 tbsp flour
dash of salt
1 1/2 c boiling water
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the sugar, flour and salt. Add boiling water gradually, stirring constantly,. Add butter and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and stir in cinnamon. Makes 1 1/2 c sauce.

Good over Apple Pie. May also use nutmeg in place of cinnamon. Try both!
