3/4 c. cocoa powder
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder


Truffle Filling:
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (6oz.)
2 - 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. seedless raspberry preserves
1/2 c. powdered sugar



Glaze:
1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 tsp. solid vegetable shortening

Directions:
Directions:
For brownies, mix cocoa and butter. Add shortening and beat well with electric mixer. Mix in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat in flour and baking powder. Pour into a well-greased 13 x 9" pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Let cool.
For truffle filling, melt chips. Beat cream cheese and preserves in small bowl with beater until smooth. On low speed, beat in melted chips and powdered sugar. Beat until fluffy. Spread over cooled brownies.
For glaze melt chips with shortening. Drizzle over filling. Chill 2 hours before cutting and serving.
