2 chocolate cake mixes (any kind)
2 sticks of soft margarine
6 eggs
2 cups water
FILLING
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup crisco
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon cold water
1/4 cup powder sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mixes, margarine, eggs and water. Beat well. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 20 minutes at 350º.
Combine first 5 filling ingredients, beat on high for 10 minutes. Add water and powder sugar, beat well.
Fill pastry tube and when cup cakes are cool, use pastry tube to fill cup cakes with filling.
