1 lb of lean ground beef
1/2 lb of ground pork
1/2 cup of minced onion
3/4 cup of dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp of chopped parsley
1 1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
1/2 tsp of nutmeg
1 tsp of worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 cup of milk

1/2 cup of oil for browning

Sauce
1/4 cup of flour
1 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
2 cups of boiling water
3/4 cup of sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients for the meatballs and shape into balls about the size of large walnuts. Place in a pan with the oil and brown on all sides. Once they are browned remove the meatballs to a platter and make the sauce .Add the flour to the fat that is left in the pan and stir to cook for at least 1 1/2 minutes. Add the paprika, salt and pepper and then stir in the boiling water. stir and cook until sauce is kind of thick remove from heat and stir in the sour cream. Make sure that you stir any of the lumps down in this sauce so that is smooth and creamy. Return the meatballs to the sauce and cook on low heat until they are done, about 20 minutes.
