1 lb of lean Ground beef
1/2 lb of lean ground pork (or pork sausage)
2 slices of bread in a cup of milk
1 egg beaten
1/4 cup of minced onion
1 good tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of garlic salt
1/4 tsp of celery salt
1/4 tsp of dry mustard
1/4 tsp of pepper
1/4 tsp of rubbed sage
1 Tbsp of worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 350º Mix all the above ingredients, but the Catsup, thoroughly and shape into a loaf and place in a shallow pan. Top the meat loaf with catsup and place in the oven for 1 1/2 hours.
