Crust
1 1/4 cups of flour
1/2 cups of chopped nuts
1 stick of butter

Filling

1st layer
8 oz of cream cheese (softened)
1 cup of cool whip
1 cup of powdered sugar

2nd layer
2 - 3 oz boxes of instant pudding ( your choice)
3 cups of milk
1 small container of cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º In a 13x9 cake pan mix the ingredients for the crust and press firmly into the bottom of the cake pan, bake for 10 minutes. (cool) In a large bowl mix the ingredients for 1st layer and spread over cooled crust. Mix the ingredients for the 2nd layer (pudding) and spread over first layer. Spread the rest of the cool whip over the pudding, sprinkle the nuts on top and refrigerate.
