1 C Olive oil
1/2 C Balsamic vinegar
1/2 C grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
5 cloves of garlic - minced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and blend well. Store in air-tight jar in refrigerator. Serve with cubed french or ciabatta bread.
