1 medium onion , chopped
2 tbsp. oil
1 (8 oz.) can of tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. half and half
1/2 lb. jack cheese, grated
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 -11 oz pkg. corn chips
8 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave onion and oil for 2 minutes. In small bowl mix together tomato sauce, green chilis and salt. In another small bowl mix together eggs and half and half. Layer into a casserole dish in the following order:

Chips
Onion/tomato sauce
Cheese
Half and half and egg mixture
Sour cream

Repeat above layers ending with sour cream on top. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
