2 c. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Cinnamon
4 Eggs
2 c. Sugar
1 1/2 c. Oil
2 c. grated raw Carrots
1 (8.5 oz.) can crushed Pineapple, Drained
1/2 c. Chopped Nuts
Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting (see recipe)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Stir together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Mix in the eggs and sugar. Stir in oil, carrots, drained pineapple and nuts. Turn into 3 greased 9" round cake pans and cook for 35-40 minutes (or a 13" x 9" pan and bake for 55-60 minutes).
