2 pkg of active dry yeast
1 cup of scalded milk
1/3 cup of sugar
1 cup of warm water
1/2 cup of melted butter
2 eggs
1 tsp of salt
6 cups of all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soften the yeast in the warm water. Cool the milk to lukewarm and add the butter, sugar, eggs, and salt. Start adding the flour until you have a medium stiff dough. Place in a large well greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator until needed. When you are ready to use the dough remove it from the refrigerator, and punch the dough down and shape into your rolls and place them in a well greased baking pan, let them rise in a warm place until they are light and double in bulk. (about 2 hours) Bake in a preheated 450º oven for about 10 to 15 minutes.
