Preheat oven 350 degrees. Line sheet cake pan with wax paper/parchment paper and pam spray.
Combine pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs and cinnamon. Spread into pan. Sprinkle cake mix on top, then nuts and then drizzle with butter.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes until done. Invert cake to cool, then ice.
8 oz cream cheese
12 oz cool whip
1 cup sugar
Beat and ice cake.
