Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl. Measure oil in large cup, add honey and vanilla. Pour this into the dry ingredients and stir to distribute evenly. Put into baking pan(s) leaving room to stir three times while baking at 400º for 15-20 minutes. Be careful not to over brown; taste to be sure the raw bean taste is gone. Lots of fiber in this. You may have to go to health food store for some items. Omit or substitute almost anything.

Personal Notes:
Adelle Davis was a popular (TV/books) nutritionist who did a great job making cooking make sense to me in the 1960's, Let's Cook it Right, and Let's Eat Right To Keep Fit among others. Worth buying if you can find. Her recipes always have several variations, making it easy to work with what you've got or what you like.
