8 eggs
cheddar cheese, shredded
1 large can biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Start a 25 briquet fire in one end of your grill. Press uncooked sausage into at least a 10 in. baking dish, about 2 in. deep, as you would a pie crust. Break eggs into a bowl and stir lightly. Pour on top of sausage. Add hickory chips to coals and place on grill. Close hood. After 45 minutes, place biscuits on separate pie tin and put on grill. After 10 more minutes, sprinkle cheese over eggs. Cook until cheese melts and biscuits are done. Unbelievably delicious! Serves: 6-8 Prep: 70 min.
