6 cups flour
3 cups sugar
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1-1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon allspice
3/4 cup margarine, softened
1/4 cup molasses
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together, this can be stored in a tight container for 6 months. ( I like to make a double batch and then all I do is add the other 3 ingredients later). When you want to make them add the margarine, egg and molasses.
