Grand Biscuits Pepperoni Colby-Jack cheese Pizza sauce Egg, beaten Parmesan cheese Italian seasoning
Cut each biscuit in half and flatten out. Put piece of cheese and a couple pieces of pepperoni in center and fold over and pinch together. Place on a cookie sheet and brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with hot pizza sauce.
