3 cups crushed vanilla wafers
1 cup crushed Spanish peanuts (save 1/3 cup for topping)
1/3 cup melted butter
8 ounces cream cheese
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups Cool Whip
3 cups milk
2 small packages instant chocolate pudding
Cool Whip and 1/2 cup grated chocolate or mini chips and reserved 1/3 cup of peanuts

Put crust in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes until cool. Mix filling ingredients together and put over crust. Mix pudding and milk together and put over cream cheese mixture. Spread 2 cups Cool Whip on top over pudding mix. Then mix peanuts and chocolate and sprinkle over Cool Whip. Can be refrigerated or frozen.
