1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 t. garlic powder or garlic salt
dash worcestershire sauce
1 T. dry mustard
5 oz. horseradish (for less heat use 4 T.)

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, microwave cubed Velveeta to melt, then mix in all remaining ingredients. Mix will look somewhat lumpy. Chill and serve with pretzels, crackers, carrots or celery, etc.

I ALWAYS only use 4 T. of horseradish and it's plenty of kick. I'm not sure who would ever use 5 oz., but that's how the orginal recipe was written.
