1/2 c sourdough starter
3/4 c scalded milk
1/2 t salt
1 pkg lemon instant pudding
1/4 c butter
4 to 4 1/2 c flour
3 beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Blend milk, pudding, salt, butter, and half of flour with starter. Add eggs and 2 cups of flour. Let stand 5 minutes. Knead for 6 minutes adding flour if needed. Let rise 1 1/2 hours covered. Punch down and shape. Can be made into rolls, braided loaves, braided rings, etc. Raise until nearly doubled. Bate at 400º for about 18 minutes.

Glaze
Mix lemon juice and powdered sugar, drizzle over cooled bread.
