2 c freah crab meat
1 T flour
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 T butter
salt and pepper
1/2 c milk
2 tsp granted onion
3/4 c toasted bread crumbs
1 T chopped green pepper
1 T chopped pimento
2 tsp lemon juice
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter; stir in flour; add milk and cook until thicken. Add slightly beaten egg yolk and shredded crab meat. Add seasonings. Cook 3 minutes. Stir in onion and lemon juice, pimentos and green pepper. Fill crab shell with mixture. Sprinkle with crubms. Bake at 400º for 10 minutes or until top is brown.
