1 lb. very lean ground beef
1/2 lb. ground turkey breast
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
2 slices bread, crumbled
1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
1 eqq
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 T. mustard
1 T. Worchester sauce
1 T. Italian seasoning
S & P to taste
Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Mix together and put in meatloaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350. For me, I put uncooked meat loaf in mini-loaf pans and freeze. Then cook about 45 minutes after thawing.

Barbara made this after Dad died. She mixed everything except the spinach (defrosted and squeezed dry) and the cheese. Made a rectangle, flattened to 1 inch thick and spread with spinach and cheese. Then made a "jelly roll" out of it. I just mix everyting together.
